Tess Guay advocates for free parking for veterans in Kelowna
November 1, 2023
The Kelowna Capital News recently covered the efforts of our colleague Tess Guay, who is urging the City of Kelowna to permit free on-street parking for Canadian veterans. As Tess notes, veterans injured or disabled as a result of their service to Canada need to use vehicles to get to medical and other appointments around town.
