Scott Stanley News

Scott Stanley was recently interviewed by CTV in reaction to the BC government’s release of details surrounding changes to ICBC injury claim payouts. The NDP chose to quietly announce the details of changes in policy, which include defining a concussion as a minor injury and a minor injury payout cap of $5,500.

Scott was quoted as saying “The cap this government has introduced – it’s the most oppressive, draconian cap of all those in Canada.” For more details on the policy changes announced, please see Scott’s interviews with CTV here and here.
