Andrew has been a litigation lawyer since 2005. Since joining Murphy Battista in 2016, his focus has been representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases against doctors and hospitals, class actions, product liability matters, insurance disputes, and disability claims.
With a background that includes defending doctors, hospitals and health authorities in malpractice disputes, Andrew is one of the few lawyers in Canada who has practiced on all sides of these disputes. This gives him a unique understanding of what it takes to ensure his clients are fairly and adequately compensated for the full range of their losses.

Before joining Murphy Battista, Andrew practised in London England, where he met his wife. They moved back to Vancouver in 2009 and now can be found spending most of their time driving their three overscheduled kids from one activity to another.

Andrew makes the dispute resolution and litigation processes as stress-free as possible for his clients and their families, while working hard to make sure they receive appropriate compensation.
