After nearly two decades working for Canada's largest insurers and other institutional clients, Shaun re-focused his practice to help individuals in need.

Before joining Murphy Battista, Shaun spent 18 years inside the insurance defense world as a litigator with one of the Province's top insurance firms. So Shaun understands how insurers assess claims, evaluate risk, approach litigation, and justify the settlement of claims. Today, Shaun uses that insight to advocate for individuals navigating what is often the most difficult period of their lives.

Shaun has broad litigation experience including personal injury, insurance, and medical malpractice claims. Known for his practical advice and calm approach, Shaun commits his knowledge and experience to helping clients secure fair outcomes through negotiation or, if necessary, trial.

Outside the office, Shaun can be found on the slopes, on two wheels, and -- mostly -- trying to keep up with his three young sons.
