Tara has been a civil litigation lawyer with Murphy Battista since 2017. She’s been invested in personal injury law since her first year of law school, where she saw the difference a skilled lawyer can make in the lives of people who have been injured. Tara has represented clients at all levels of court in BC, handling a diverse range of personal injury cases, including brain injury and recreational and adventure sports accidents with insurers relying on liability waivers.

Though Tara has a track record of trial success, she works to find the best resolution for her clients based on their needs. That could be through a settlement, mediation, negotiations or trial — whatever leads to her clients getting a just result.

Tara takes a hands-on approach with a focus on communication and empathy. She focuses on providing her clients the best possible advice and answers for their unique situation, while being their strongest advocate.
