Referencing the history of ongoing systemic problems with BC’s foster system, Scott noted that the government should have been aware of these systemic failures for generations.

Scott confirmed that the goals of the lawsuit are to shine a big bright light on the problem so it can be properly address and to offer assistance to those who have been impacted through the years.
