Biography

Paige Marvel is a lawyer in the class actions group at Murphy Battista LLP.

Paige acts for plaintiffs in a range of class actions, with a focus on claims that help communities in need and disadvantaged or marginalized groups. Her practice includes actions relating to veterans’ rights, child welfare, Indigenous rights, sexual misconduct, discrimination, and commercial wrongs.

In addition to her core class action practice, Paige represents plaintiffs in civil sexual assault claims.

Before joining Murphy Battista, Paige practised commercial litigation at a major national corporate law firm where she assisted clients with corporate and commercial disputes involving contracts, real estate, securities regulation, shareholder disputes, insurance, corporate governance, and various other commercial issues.

Paige has assisted clients in proceedings before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Provincial Court, the Federal Court, and in arbitration proceedings.
