Kevin Hyde was called to the BC Bar in 2009 after earning his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Before joining Murphy Battista’s Vancouver office, he carried on a successful civil litigation practice at a large, full-service firm in Surrey.
Kevin is fully bilingual in French and English. With ten years of courtroom experience in Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia matters, Kevin’s practice focuses on advising and representing clients in:
A featured guest speaker on the Law Show on CISL 650 AM, Kevin discussed topics relating to personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims including what to look for in a personal injury lawyer and how ICBC determines fault.
He has also been interviewed by the CBC for comment on various legal matters.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys playing hockey, reading and most of all spending time with his family.
