Cognitive-Communication Disorders: Evidence Based Assessment and Treatment for Speech-Language Pathologists

The firm is delighted to help sponsor this series of workshops being held April 11-12 at the Vancouver General Hospital.  The workshops are being hosted by Columbia Speech and Language Services Inc. and The Vancouver Acute, Speech-Language Pathology Practice Group of Vancouver Coastal Health.

The series consists of two courses:

  • Assessment and Treatment of Cognitive-Communication Disorders: A Clinical Short Course for Speech-Language Pathologists and
  • Evidence Based Practice and Interventions for Speech-Language Pathologists Treating with with Acquired Brain Injuries.

The workshops will presented by Sheila MacDonald, M.Cl.Sc. SLP (C).  Ms. MacDonald is an international speaker, consultant and eductor with over 25 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of acquired brain injuries (ABI).
