Kevin was born and raised in Vancouver. He attended McGill University where he studied history and literature, graduating with a B.A in 2003.

After a brief stint in the construction industry, Kevin enrolled in law school. He received his LLB from UBC in 2007.

Kevin articled with a leading insurance defence firm and remained there after his call to the bar in 2008. He gained valuable experience acting on behalf of insurers but since joining Murphy Battista in May, 2010, is committed to acting exclusively for plaintiffs.

Outside of the office, Kevin continues to enjoy playing rugby, watching most other sports, listening to music, and getting out of town for the weekend when time permits.
